Texas A&M University | Luedecke Cyclotron Building Expansion
College Station, TX
JGA worked in association with HKS Architects to design a 10,000 SF Second Floor Addition to the Luedecke Cyclotron Building. The project includes an elevator and stair renovation, as well as a total building envelope replacement. Despite requiring roof removal, the building continued operation during construction, adding to the complexity of construction management. The addition houses offices, meeting rooms, and conference space. Just a block from University Drive and flanked by several large new facilities, the Cyclotron Building's previously dated façade also received a much needed facelift.
