A Look Forward: 2015

JGA had many blessings in 2014 for which we are thankful.
Here are just a few highlights:

JGA completed a recreation project for the City of Austin Parks & Rec department: Turner–Roberts Recreation Center is back in action serving the population of east Austin for a variety of community events and after-school programs. For Austin ISD, a new soccer stadium was recently completed at the Toney Burger Center

JGA saw growth into new markets (Houston & San Antonio) with the completion of two buildings, both of which were new church campuses:

Redeemer Presbyterian Church in San Antonio moved into the church's “new” facility; a heavily renovated former downtown YMCA, and is busy keeping up with a growing congregation.

Grace Bible Church in Houston moved to a newly constructed campus just outside the rapidly developing historic Heights neighborhood.

The new headquarters for Special Olympics Texas in Austin is under construction and is slated to be completed at the beginning of summer.

A new children’s and youth building at Grace Covenant Church in Austin is under construction and should be completed in the later part of the year.

Shoreline Church is wrapping up a second round of phased renovations to their sanctuary, including custom theming and branding.

Austin Stone Community Church is currently renovating a newly acquired facility in Round Rock to be utilized as an additional campus.

In 2014 we also welcomed four new members to our staff: Lamour Hudson, Allison Stoos, Alfred Brice, and Jennifer Walker, plus had some great intern help from Jonathan Langdon and Micaela Allen.

Now that 2015 is upon is, here’s a preview of some exciting new things on the horizon:

We are beginning design work on gymnasium and high school academic building additions to the campus of Rosehill Christian School in Tomball, TX.

We are providing a nation-wide design standard for Jeffrey Modell Children’s Infusion Centers.

We are collaborating with Mobile Loaves & Fishes to plan a new staff headquarters and commissary building.

We are working with the Autism Trust to discuss long-term plans for a family resource center in Austin.

We are designing next phase additions at Austin Baptist Church, which moved to a new campus just over 2 years ago.

Construction is slated to begin soon on new buildings at Greater Mount Zion Church, New Hope First Baptist Church, St. William Catholic Church, and Bethany United Methodist Church. Later this year, we hope to prepare for the start of construction on new facilities and renovations at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church

We are so grateful to all of our clients and honored to be a part of their projects, including a some not even mentioned above for the sake of brevity. To all our future clients, we would love to serve you. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
