Having completed a large Worship Center several years prior, Grace Covenant Church invited Jackson Galloway to work together again – this time to create a three-story children’s education building to serve their growing ministries, to be called the “Live Oak Building.

The Live Oak Building is designed with large windows that look out across the church’s tree-covered campus. The building accommodates multiple ages of ministries, with classrooms and two assembly rooms for younger children, a large 3rd-floor assembly and activity space for youth, and several adult classrooms. Playgrounds on the ground level and an elevated deck are also incorporated for the children’s use. The building’s columns, canopies, and windows reference forms present in the branches of the surrounding trees; and the banded stonework matches that of the Worship Center.
